Suspicious vehicle in High Beeches - Update

Thanks to PCSO Pauline Cimen for sending the following message :

Thank you for sending us a picture of the vehicle acting suspiciously in and around High Beeches.

We have managed to search the car registration and it shows no keeper for this vehicle. The vehicle has been declared off road.
