GDPR and the North Cray Residents Association

On 25th May 2018 the new EU General Data Protection Regulations come into force.

Under these new rules, organisations such as NCRA have to notify both members and guest-members what information it holds relating to them. 

Organisations are also required to keep records of permission given by members and guest-members to hold that data, and also any requests to delete or modify that data.

The data held by NCRA relating to members and guest-members (where given) consists of:

Name

Address

Email Address

Membership Status

 

As a first step to achieving compliance we would ask you to confirm that you wish to continue to receive NewsMails from the NCRA by replying to this email confirming that you :

Want to continue receiving NewsMails and that you authorise us to hold your email address.

Or

That you want to be removed from the NewsMail database.

Please note that if no reply is received, your email address will be deleted and you will not receive NewsMails until you tell us that you do want to receive NewsMails and that you authorise us to hold your email address.
